BINIFADET WHITE

Made with grapes selected from the best plots of our Binifadet estate, in the south of the island of Menorca, characterized by its calcareous soil.

Manual harvest.

Cold film maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at 17°C in stainless steel. Work with lees for 5 months. Cold stabilization to avoid precipitates. It does not undergo malolactic fermentation nor does it undergo barrel aging.

Bright yellow color. Complex, fresh, mineral and, above all, fruity aroma, notes of stone fruit make their way over a wide range of flowers and dried herbs. In the mouth it is tasty, long, with medium persistence and a very pleasant floral aftertaste.
