My father, Carlos, planted the first vineyards, convinced that this island had something special to tell.
I took over with more enthusiasm than certainty. And since then, we haven't stopped.

THE FARM
We are in Sant Lluís, in the south of Menorca. A Menorcan country estate surrounded by dry stone walls, with the calm and light that only the island's interior possesses. A place where, once you see it, you understand where the wines come from.
VITICULTURE
We have ten hectares of our own vineyards. We work each plot—each tanca—with care and patience.
International varieties such as Chardonnay, Merlot, or Syrah, and native ones like Giró Ros and Garnacha Blanca, which we planted during lockdown with the whole team, with our hands in the earth.
Today we have a range of wines that go from the most festive to the most profound. All distinct. All ours. We don't make them to impress. We make them so that when you open them, something happens.
