My father, Carlos, planted the first vines convinced that this island had something special to say. I picked up where he
left off — more passion than certainty. And we haven’t stopped since.

THE ESTATE
We’re in Sant Lluís, in the south of Menorca. A traditional Menorcan farmstead surrounded by dry-stone walls, with the calm and
the light you only find in the island’s interior. A place that, the moment you see it, tells you exactly where these wines come from.
VITICULTURE
We have ten hectares of our own vineyards. We work each plot — each “tanca” — with care and patience. International varieties
like Chardonnay, Merlot and Syrah, alongside native grapes like Giró Ros and Garnacha Blanca, which we planted during lockdown, the whole team with their hands in the soil.
Today we make a range of wines from the most festive to the most profound. All different. All ours. We don’t make them to
impress. We make them so that when you open one, something happens.
