TANCA 13 ROSÉ

Made with grapes selected from plot No. 13, chosen as the most suitable for making a subtle and elegant wine like this one. Manual harvest.

Fermentation in French oak barrels. Work with lees for 5 months in the barrel itself. Cold stabilization to avoid precipitates. It does not carry out malolactic fermentation.

Pale pink color. Light and perfumed aroma, it combines the aromas of dried flowers and red forest fruit along with spicy nuances (vanilla and cream) typical of its stay in French barrels. The taste is long and persistent, dominating the fruity and creamy memories. An elegant and subtle rosé but with body and structure, ideal for the most daring palates.

The Tanca range is designed for special occasions. Tanca 13 is a pale, creamy and delicate rosé wine. There is no better pairing for it than grilled seafood: prawns, lobster, crayfish... Give this wine to that person you know is exquisite and will appreciate its finesse.
