Manual harvest from plot nº12, our finest Chardonnay plot. Fermentation in French oak barrels. Lees ageing for 9 months in barrel. Aged 9 months in bottle.

Bright yellow colour. Intense, elegant nose with ripe stone fruit, sweet spices and toasted French oak notes. Powerful,
dense and flavourful palate with good structure.

For occasions that deserve something special. Risottos, fish stews and aged cheeses. The finest gift for a wine lover. Serve
at 10–12°C.
