Made with grapes selected from the best chardonnay plot (plot 12) that we have in Binifadet. Manual harvest.

Fermentation in French oak barrels and lees work for 9 months in the barrel itself. Aging for 9 months in the bottle.

Bright yellow color. Intense yet elegant aroma where the notes of ripe stone fruit typical of the Chardonnay variety from our plot No. 12 stand out, together with the sweet and toasted spices of the wood of French origin. In the mouth it is powerful, dense and tasty, it has enough structure to be paired with both light and more elaborate dishes. Complex and expressive wine that shows all its nuances and potential the longer it is in the glass.
