Manual harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel. Barrel ageing. Fermentation stopped, preserving the grape’s natural
sugar.

Cherry colour. Powerful nose of red fruit, sweet spices and toasted notes. Sweet, spiced and enveloping palate with hints
of vanilla and chocolate.

With dark chocolate, aged cheeses or foie. The perfect gift for someone with good taste. Serve at 12–14°C.
