Manual harvest. Cold fermentation in stainless steel. Fermentation stopped by cold, preserving the grape’s natural sugar.

Bright golden colour. Aromas of orange blossom, jasmine, peach skin and lychee. Fruity, friendly and fresh palate with subtle,
balanced sweetness.

As an aperitif or dessert, served very cold. Foie, blue cheeses and fruit tartlets. Serve at 7–9°C.
