Traditional method. Manual harvest. Second fermentation in bottle.

Bright yellow with golden hints and fine, persistent bubbles. Powerful, complex nose with stone fruit and bakery notes
from ageing. Fresh, powerful and flavourful palate with creamy, refreshing bubbles.

For toasting, for celebrating, for moments that deserve something special. Shellfish, oysters and appetisers. Also by the fire
in winter or after a swim in summer. Serve at 6–8°C.
