Buri is a tribute to know-how, but above all to know-how. L'avi en Buri, as his grandchildren called him, was a noble, gentle and hard-working man, who without hesitation put his hands in the soil to plant the first vines when his son Carlos began to dream of the vineyard as we know it today. Cultured and calm, sober and elegant, his clear eyes revealed his transparency and kindness, as well as his unlimited generosity in encouraging and supporting those around him until he saw them shine. He dedicated his last years to caring for the vineyards, the orchard and the rose bushes of our house.
