Traditional method. Manual harvest. Second fermentation in bottle.

Vivid pink with red hints and fine bubbles. Fresh, powerful, fruity nose with red fruit and dried flowers. Creamy, refreshing palate with a long, persistent finish.

On its own or alongside oysters, ceviche or strawberries. To celebrate any moment worth celebrating. Serve at 6–8°C.
