Manual harvest. Fermentation at 23°C in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Aged 6 months in
French oak barrels.

Bright cherry colour. Elegant, balsamic nose with aromatic herbs, ripe fruit and sweet spices. Soft, light palate with great
complexity.

The ideal companion for a late afternoon stroll or a shared table in the shade. Rice dishes, grilled meats and cheeses. Serve
at 14–16°C.
