BINIFADET TINTO

Made with grapes selected from the best plots of our Binifadet estate, in the south of the island of Menorca, characterized by its calcareous soil.

Manual harvest.

Fermentation at 23°C in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Bright cherry color. Pleasant, elegant and balsamic aroma, very present the notes of aromatic herbs well balanced with the ripe fruit and sweet spices from its barrel aging contribution. Soft, elegant and light palate but with a lot of complexity.

The Binifadet line will become your go-to wine on a daily basis. We like to drink it chilled (12 degrees is ideal) so that its freshness is more evident. It livens up any gathering and is the perfect accompaniment to a meal of sushi, red meat or traditional cod.
