BINIFADET ROSADO

Made with grapes selected from the best plots of our Binifadet estate, in the south of the island of Menorca, characterized by its calcareous soil.

Manual harvest.

A part of the wine has completed fermentation in French oak barrels, the rest has done so in stainless steel at 17°C. Work with lees for 4 months. Cold stabilization to avoid precipitates. It does not carry out malolactic fermentation.

Bright pink color. Very elegant and soft aroma, the memories of red fruit (raspberry and cherry) and sweet spices such as cinnamon stick are clear. In the mouth it is very fresh, pleasant and tasty.

Opening a bottle of rosé is the perfect ritual to start any meal, sunsets are another time of day when rosé is our best choice.

Pair it with raw blue fish and pork to get the most out of it.
