Manual harvest. Cold fermentation in stainless steel. No malolactic fermentation. No oak.

Pale, vivid pink colour. Fresh, fruity nose with red fruit, flowers and a spiced edge. Flavourful, fresh and full-bodied
palate.

For long sunsets, grilled shellfish and moments that deserve something special. Serve at 8–10°C.
