Manual harvest from two distinct plots: the oldest Merlot and the youngest Syrah. Fermentation in stainless steel. Aged in
French oak barrels.

Deep, bright cherry colour. Complex nose with ripe fruit, spices and a mineral base. Structured, elegant and long palate.

For a special dinner. Grilled meats, game and aged cheeses. Decant 30 minutes before serving. Serve at 16–18°C.
