Subtle aroma, very balsamic and fresh, very present notes of mountain herbs balanced with the nuances of its subtle passage through French barrels, vanilla and dark chocolate, the fruit appears in the background and settles after a few minutes in the glass . In the mouth it is pleasant, elegant and silky. One of the best examples of Menorquín red wine on the market.

Made with grapes selected from the oldest Merlot plot and the youngest Syrah plot. Manual harvest.

Fermentation at 23º in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
